Shipping Policy
At Bruce Surf Co., we strive to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Next business day delivery (available for orders placed before 1:00PM PST). Orders placed before the local time will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method selected and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within the US and plan to expand to international locations in the future. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment via our carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer care team or visit our contact page. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Bruce Surf Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or final sale items cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at info@brucesurf.com for a return authorization. Once approved, pack the item securely with a copy of your receipt and the return authorization number, and ship it to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, follow the same process as for returns. After we receive your returned item, we will send the replacement item. We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error or defective products; otherwise, shipping fees may apply. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
